My entire professional career has been because of my love and passion for the arts. I started this journey by playing guitar in a punk band, which led to playing upright bass in a philharmonic orchestra. Somehow I found my way behind a lighting console. Now my passion is deeply rooted in creating an experience for the audience. The only way to do this is, of course, by working closely with the other artists involved. Regardless of the size of the venue or the reach of the work, making the audience feel something that can lead to a change in the way they think, view the world, or even just cause a small moment of excitement is what keeps me so deeply committed to the projects and the collaborators I work with on a daily basis.

As Chief Technology Officer, my primary focus is in identifying and implementing emerging technologies to enhance live performances, events, and installations. I am committed to staying ahead of the curve when it comes to technological advancements with dedicated time spent researching and understanding the latest developments in video, camera, and lighting equipment, as well as exploring innovative software solutions that can push the boundaries of visual experiences for our clients and audiences. My overarching goal is to create impactful work that resonates with a wide range of communities. I work towards this goal through collaborating on diverse projects, including movie premieres, high-profile sporting events, large-scale concerts, immersive museum exhibits, and unique pop-up installations.

As Chief Operations Officer, I take a hands-on approach to overseeing operations of our team, ensuring every project is executed with precision and care. My responsibilities span a broad spectrum, from visual design and fabrication to rigging and repairs, while always focusing on delivering the highest quality product. I’m committed to finding innovative solutions to challenges, while keeping our clients' ideas and vision in mind. What I love most about my role is the opportunity to collaborate with our clients and peers. Whether that means working on smaller non-profit events and intimate installations to large-scale events with a multi-location goal in mind.

As CEO of 10th Floor Productions, I love making big ideas possible! I believe the arts should be for everyone, and I’m always looking for ways to make that a reality. My experience spans production management, stage management, project management, and touring, but at the heart of it all, I thrive on creating spaces where artists can do their best work.

My early foundation in the performing arts—acting, circus arts, technical theater—taught me the effort that goes into making live experiences seamless for both artists and audiences. I take on the behind-the-scenes load so that creative collaborators can focus on bringing their vision to life. My goal is always to push the boundaries of what’s possible while working within the realities of time, budget, and labor.
